Oktal Pharma Hungary Kft is a member of the Oktal Pharma Group, founded by Oktal Pharma d.o.o., one of the leading wholesale drugstores in the Croatia, who has thereby expanded its existing operations in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Northern Macedonia, thus reinforcing its business operations in the region.

The operation in Hungary is currently focused on the ophthalmological range of products (contact lenses and contact lens care solutions) of Johnson & Johnson Vision, the leading global manufacturer, exclusively represented by Oktal Pharma Hungary Kft. Oktal Pharma currently deals with 400 optician’s stores across Hungary.

From its founding, the Oktal Pharma Group has been developing partnerships with foreign pharmaceutical companies, providing them with marketing and sales services, including market research, product registration, implementation of promotional activities, warehousing and distribution services, as well as other logistical and administrative services in accordance with their needs.

The company continuously invests in the development of logistical capacities, technologies, processes and employees, in accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, with the aim of maximising the efficiency and quality of services provided to all users, partners and participants in the supply chain.

DIRECTOR

The company is managed by the director who, thanks to his knowledge, experience and skills, plays an important role in organizing the business process.

Vlatko Perić LL.B, M.S. Member of the Board

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb and passed the bar examination. Finished MBA studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb. Since 2000 he has been a member of the Board of Oktal Pharma, responsible for various business segments including, but not limited to, import/export, consignment, representation portfolio and affiliated companies. His current range of duties includes the Representation Department, the Human Resources Department, the Quality Assurance Department, the Corporate Communication and Digital Business Department, and the business activities in Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Northern Macedonia.
